Every cup of peppermint hot chocolate, every bit of tinsel and glitter, every festive soiree and string of lights is adding to our overflowing holiday happiness! And with the merriest of seasons in full swing, there’s no time like the present to head into the craft room and establish yourself once and for all as a DIY darling. Crafting DIY projects for gifts made with love and festive decorations is one of our favorite ways to usher in the holiday season. So we are that much more excited to share our DIY guide, A Homemade Holiday, filled with fun ingenious ideas and cute crafts. Whether you’re a mod podge novice or constant crafter, there is something in our holiday DIY projects guide that is perfect for a creative afternoon.

This compilation of holiday DIY projects were submitted by some of our darling blogger friends and from our creative coordinator Orchid, who is always busy whipping up DIY magic in her office, the Craft Room. Inside you will find a merry series on cinnamon, felt ornaments, and mason jars, in addition to a happy heap of other DIY projects. Make a festive wreath that will greet friends at your door, a heartfelt homemade gift, or cheerful decorations to enliven every room. Adding a DIY element to the holidays will always remain special, from that first ornament you brought home to mom in Kindergarten, precariously held together with Kraft glue and macaroni, to the first scarf you made for a friend after you learned how to knit, to the traditional DIY projects like stringing popcorn garlands for the tree. We hope our DIY guide brings a beautiful homemade touch to your holiday season.
