DIY Simple Hat Makeover
Materials:
-Any hat
-Accessories of your choice for the trim (feathers, a chain, ribbons, a bow, etc.)
-Hot glue gun

I thrifted this vintage hat a few years ago, but unfortunately it's been one of those items that has sat at the top of my closet, unworn and unloved. So I decided to give it a quick little makeover! This is simple and universal enough, you can really use it to update almost any hat!
It originally had a chain that was a tad cheesy looking and was basically falling off already, so I carefully removed it and saved it for another project (of course!). I then added a small amount of hot glue to the back of each feather and applied them, over lapping just a bit.

So easy! Right? Now it's just a little more modern, but still has the amazing vintage charm that made me fall in love with it in the first place!
