As the warm rays of sunshine come dancing upon us, it's important to keep our delicate selves refreshed and hydrated. Cynthia of We Make A Beautiful Mess shared with us a crisp, delicious, and thirst-quenching recipe to keep our cool this summer. Her grapefruit mojito is the perfect thing to sip on while lounging on a warm day!
In our home we have coined Fridays "cocktail Fridays"! Simply because it’s fun and days are getting warmer and, really, why the heck not?! We have been experimenting with cocktails and so far this one is my favorite. My garden is producing mint and spearmint like no other, so it made perfect sense to make cocktails. These cocktails are easy to make, super tasty, and pretty to look at! And I heard that grapefruit helps burn calories :) win - win right? Yep. I’m pretty sure all I need to say at this point is cheers to the weekend my friends! Enjoy.
