For a vintage-inspired style, we love the idea of displaying vintage plates on the wall. Usually this is done indoors, but if you're having a spring party, why not bring them outdoors? Here's how we hung vintage plates in our spring lookbook.
Materials:
Plates
Museum Putty
Directions:
1. Gather a collection of cute tea plates. You can find inexpensive ones at your local thrift shop or goodwill.

2. Affix 2 or 3 small pieces of museum putty to the back of each plate.

3. Firmly press the plates onto a wall.

4. Cover your wall with as many as you like and enjoy!

Love the plates! How long will the museum putty hold them up for? Could this work indoors for "permanent" decoration?

Hi Cassidy! It can hold the plates permanently. It also depends on the surface. A regular indoor wall should be fine, but if it's something porous like stucco, it won't hold forever.
