These easy and edible little treats are perfect for decorating a dessert platter or brightening up a lunchtime snack.
Egg wash (egg white +water)
Granulated sugar
Edible flowers (pansies work best)
Begin by baking cookies as instructed. Pull the cookies out 2/3 minutes before they are fully cooked.
Place a clean flower on each cookie and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar and bake until cookies are golden brown and flowers are not burnt. Cool and enjoy.
