HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    1. Fill out your Returns & Exchanges Form provided in your order and include it in your return package.
    2. Address your package to:

  1. Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.
  • Review our Return Criteria below and make sure the items are eligible for return.
  • If you do not have your Return & Exchanges Form, let us know and we will happily provide it for you.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVCE OR INCORRECT ITEM

    1. Fill out your Returns & Exchanges Form provided in your order and include it in your return package. If you do not have your Return & Exchanges Form, let us know and we will happily provide it for you. Please note the defect or problem with the item..

RETURNS & EXCHANGES CRITERIA

  • All Returns & Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Redlined and Flash Sale items
    • Gift Cards
    • Nail polish
    • Hosiery
    • Greeting Cards
    • Underwear
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original pieces including but not limited to:
    • Tags
    • Accessories
    • Removable Belts
    • Straps
    • Brooches
    • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.
    • Bridal items must be returned with their original packaging
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please write us at hello@shopruche.com
  • We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • Returns & Exchanges that don't meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, 20%-50% restocking fee, or denial.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
